Our strength in molding, assembly, and painting is supported by extensive computer-aided design (CAD), process engineering, and research activity. Our multiple material processes allow us to assist customers in the early design stages of a project by offering them material recommendations that will provide the greatest value and best performance. These processes include sheet molding compound (SMC) and liquid molding composite (LMC), including structural reaction injection molding (SRIM).

MFG Alabama
Manufactures, assembles, paints and ships very large composite products,
including wind energy housings (nacelles).
MFG Construction
Manufactures a complete range of one-piece circular column forms, dome and pan forms for cast-in place concrete construction applications. Made of fiberglass-reinforced thermoset composites. MFG concrete forms reduce finishing costs and are fully reusable.
MFG CSC
MFG Composite Systems Company. Currently this manufacturing campus includes a 260,000sf plant on 33 acres -
providing the latest advancements in composite technology and production. MFG Composite Systems Company
employs various molding processes to provide composite products, systems, and services expertise to some
of the worlds most respected custom manufacturers.
MFG de Mexico
Near Monterrey, MFG Mexico occupies a new 60,000sf. manufacturing
facility equipped with compression molding presses, secondary assembly
equipment and a modern paint booth capable of finishing large fiber
glass parts.
MFG North Carolina
MFG NC campus includes a 115,0000sf manufacturing plant on 21 acres. MFG NC has the process
versatility to provide cost-effective solutions ideally matched to the customer's volume
requirements. MFG NC manufactures structural or "appearance grade" products, often combined
into large complex assemblies. A leader in automated precision preforms, MFG NC offers the
ability to have precise placement of the reinforcements in close molded composites, via
compression molding or RTM. MFG NC is also a leading SMC molder, providing versatility in
design and processes.
MFG South Dakota
The newest MFG entity, a greenfield plant of 300,000sf on 52 acres. Fully equipped for modern,
major production of wind energy blades.

MFG Texas
Located on 11 acres, MFG Texas currently produces wind energy blades
and heavy truck exterior assemblies. Process versatility matches cost
effective solutions with volume requirements. Robotics, automated
production equipment and leading-edge technologies result in excellent
manufacturing systems.
MFG Union City
AMFG Union City originally produced the first commercial line of fiberglass
pleasure boats. Today MFG Union City concentrates on molding products and
providing services for the custom manufacturing, construction, transportation
and agriculture markets. MFG Union City has more than 300,000 square feet of
manufacturing space and the resources to produce, assemble and paint extremely
large and complicated FRP structures.
MFG West
A full production facility and birthplace of many innovative material
processes and products like the Wienermobile, wind energy nacelle
housings, wind energy blades and many others. Frequently sought after
for new product development and start-up production of advanced, challenging
designs for numerous industries.
